Who runs this service

GharPost is a listing and messaging desk operated by GA AI. These terms are between you and GA AI. Creating an account, or tapping Accept on the notice for an account that already exists, means you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

What the desk does

GharPost lets people publish listings and send messages about homes, vehicles, appliances, and home services. GA AI is not the owner, seller, landlord, broker, employer, or the person who comes to do the work.

A listing, a chat, or a phone number on GharPost is not a promise that the person, the home, the vehicle, or the service is genuine, licensed, safe, or available.

You check the other person before you pay

Do not pay a service provider, owner, or seller until you have checked their identity yourself. Meet, call, and match the person to the listing before you send money.

GharPost does not collect that payment, does not hold it, and does not confirm who the other person is. Money you send outside GharPost is your own decision. GA AI is not responsible for a payment, a refund, a deposit, or a loss between a customer and a service provider.

Your own dealings

Any visit, hire, rent, sale, or other deal is only between the people involved. You are responsible for the truth of what you post, for the messages you send, and for checking what the other person tells you.

If a customer and a service provider disagree, or if someone is careless, that dispute is between those people. It is not a claim that GA AI was negligent for hosting the listing or the chat.

What you must not do

Do not use GharPost for spam, scams, fake listings, or to collect passwords, one-time codes, or card details.

Do not use chat or a listing to plan, promote, or discuss terror, a violent attack, or any threat to the public or the nation. A message that breaks this rule is not delivered. That person's chat is closed at once, an alert is sent to the administrator, and they are told to contact the administrator.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent Indian law allows, GA AI is not liable for loss, injury, fraud, delay, or negligence by a customer, a service provider, or anyone else who uses GharPost. That includes a visit that goes wrong, a payment sent to the wrong person, and a listing that was not true.

You will cover GA AI against claims, costs, and damages that come from your listing, your message, your payment, or your visit, including a claim that you or the other person were negligent.

Nothing in these terms removes a duty that Indian law does not allow a contract to remove, including liability for fraud by GA AI itself.

Closing an account or a chat

GA AI may close chat, hide a listing, or block an account when a safety rule is broken or when the administrator needs to stop harm. You can ask for a review by writing to support@ekbazaar.co.in.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chandigarh have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under a law that cannot be waived.

If these terms change, you will be asked to accept the new version before you continue. The current version is 2026-10-13. Questions go to support@ekbazaar.co.in.
